Case study of steel structure project in an eight story flour mill

Our company had negotiations with the client in 2017, and they provided specific requirements such as length, width, height, purpose, etc. They also prepaid a drawing design fee of $1500. Our engineers completed the drawing design within one month, as shown in the attached anchor bolt layout and 3D model.

After the customer confirms the final drawings, an order is signed and a 30% deposit is paid in advance. Our engineers refined the production drawings of the components within 10 days, as shown in the attached drawing model (the drawings are relatively large and will be sent separately).

The overall project involved manufacturing approximately 320.6 tons of goods within 2 months, which were shipped in 14 large containers. Please refer to the total parts list and tonnage statistics for details. Specifically, as follows:,

Material: Q345B.

Tonnage: 320.6 tons.

CFR ton price: 1409 USD/ton.

Quality requirements: Welding shall be carried out according to the customer's requirements and shall be inspected by a third-party international welding association. Magnetic particle testing shall be completely qualified.

Delivery time: 2 months.

Final payment: After the customer arranges for third-party testing to pass, they will pay 70% of the final payment before shipment.
